Your event registration or product order on behalf of the Event Organizer will be accepted once we send you a confirmation email. At that point, a contract will be established between you and us for the provision of our services.

What happens if we cannot accept your order?

If we are unable to accept your event registration or product order on behalf of the Event Organizer for any reason, we will notify you by email and ensure that you are not charged. If you have already been charged, we will process a full refund.

What is your transaction receipt number?

When we accept your transaction, we will assign a transaction receipt number and inform you of it. Please reference this number whenever you contact us regarding your transaction, as it will assist us in providing you with better support.

How can I promote my event on MyEvents.om?

We offer multiple tools to help promote your event, including social media sharing options and the ability to feature your event on our homepage to boost visibility.

What payment methods are accepted for ticket purchases?

We accept all major credit and debit cards

How do attendees register for my event?

Once your event is published, attendees can register by visiting the event page and clicking "Register" or "Buy Tickets." They will receive a confirmation email upon completing their registration.
