If you have any queries regarding registration or events, please contact us in writing or by telephone.

We provide a platform for event organizers to promote and list their events, as well as sell merchandise. Our services include data and payment processing. Participants' pictures and videos may be shared on the platform.

By using our platform’s services, you consent to abide by the terms and conditions related to our services. These terms govern the processing of any personal data you collect or provide and ensure the accuracy of your information.

Event organizers must ensure that all event information or products provided through the platform comply with applicable rules, regulations, laws, and satisfactory standards in the Sultanate of Oman.

You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your product order or event registration on behalf of the event organizer. If your event registration or product order is not accepted for any reason, you will be notified by email, and no charges will be imposed on you. If you have already been charged, a refund will be processed.

Our fees for providing services may be included in the price of the event registration or the price of the product. If they are charged separately, this will be indicated during the payment process.

Unless otherwise specified, the event organizer is responsible for the events and any products sold; therefore, we are not liable for any loss or damage incurred related to the event or the products being sold.
