Delivery Policy

The payment for your transaction will be displayed in Omani currency on your purchase page. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring that the correct currency is selected for their charges. MyEvents' platform accepts payments via Visa and MasterCard.

All charges related to MyEvents Event Ticketing will be clearly stated. MyEvents acts on behalf of those providing or promoting the events for which you purchase tickets.

The conditions and last date for cancellation are specified on each event page. You can cancel your registration up to this date and receive a full refund if the cancellation occurs within the permitted time frame.

Tickets will be delivered electronically to your registered MyEvents profile. Event providers reserve the right to refuse admission or reject any individual who fails to comply with their rules, without refunding any amounts paid.
