By registering
for the Al-Suwadiya Challenge, participants agree to the following terms:
Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older
on the day of the event.

Open to both male and female participants.
Registration
& Fees
·
Registration is valid only upon full payment of
the participation fee.
·
Fees are non-refundable unless the event is
canceled by the organizer.
Event
Participation
·
Participants must follow the designated route
and comply with all safety instructions provided by event staff.
·
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify
any participant who violates event rules or behaves inappropriately.
Health &
Safety
·
Participants confirm they are physically fit
and capable of completing the 12 km course.
·
The organizer is not liable for any injuries,
accidents, or health issues arising during the event.
Prizes &
Recognition
·
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers
in each category (General and Female).
·
Finisher medals and T-shirts are subject to
availability and will be distributed post-race.
Media &
Consent
·
By participating, individuals consent to the
use of their photos, videos, and race results for promotional purposes.
Discounts
·
A 20% early bird discount is available until 29
October 2025.
·
Discounts cannot be combined or transferred.
Changes &
Cancellation
·
The organizer reserves the right to modify
event details or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
