Terms
and Conditions of the Race – Italia Brista Café
Registration:

All participants must
register in advance via the website or at the designated location before the
race date.
·
Registration is
non-refundable once completed.
Age Requirements:
10K Race: Participation is allowed for all ages, provided
the participant is in good health and physically able to handle the demands of
this type of race.
Health Eligibility:
All participants, both adults and children, must ensure that
they are in good health and able to participate in the race.
Equipment and Requirements:

All participants must wear
comfortable sportswear and appropriate athletic shoes.

Children must wear safe and
age-appropriate sportswear.
Safety:
·
All participants must
adhere to the safety rules set by the organizers.
·
Participants are prohibited
from using any equipment that could compromise their safety or the safety of
others.
Race Rules:
·
Participants must follow
the designated course and comply with the instructions of the organizers and
supervisors.
·
Any deviation from the
course or failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification from
the race.
·
In case of any injury or
health issue during the race, immediate medical support will be provided.
Awards and Recognition:
·
Prizes will be awarded to
the top finishers in each category of the race.
·
The prizes may include cash
awards, medals, appreciation trophies, and other gifts.
Photography and Documentation:

By registering for the
race, participants agree to the use of their images and videos taken during the
event for promotional and marketing purposes by Italia Brista Cafe.
·
The photos and videos will
not be used for any purpose other than promoting the race.
General Terms:
·
The restaurant reserves the
right to modify any part of the race’s terms and conditions before or during
the event if necessary.
·
In case of bad weather or
unforeseen circumstances, the restaurant has the right to postpone or cancel
the race.
·
Participants are fully
responsible for their safety and activities during the race.
Acknowledgment Signature:
All participants (or parents/guardians of children) must
sign an acknowledgment form agreeing to these terms and conditions before
participating in the race.
