2. Platform Services

myevents.om provides digital solutions that enable event organizers and partners to:

• Publish and promote events
• Manage registrations and attendance
• Sell tickets, products, and related services
• Process payments and operational transaction data

The platform may also display photographs, videos, or media related to events, participants, or organizers for operational, promotional, or documentation purposes.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and related policies. You also confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

4. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Events and activities published on the platform
• Products and services offered
• Accuracy of content and information
• Compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of the country in which the event is held or the related service or product is offered.

myevents.om reserves the right to reject, suspend, remove, or restrict any content or event that violates applicable laws, public policy, or platform standards.

5. Registrations and Orders

Upon successful event registration or order submission, users may receive a confirmation email issued on behalf of the relevant organizer or seller.

If a registration or order cannot be accepted for any reason, the user may be notified were reasonably possible. Any eligible refunds shall be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and payment provider procedures.

6. Fees and Payments

Service fees or processing charges may either be included in the displayed price or shown separately during checkout.

Users are responsible for reviewing pricing details before completing any transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unless expressly stated otherwise, event organizers, sellers, and third-party providers remain solely responsible for the events, products, and services offered through the platform.

myevents.om acts primarily as a technology and facilitation platform and shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from events, products, or services
• Cancellations, delays, or modifications beyond the platform’s reasonable control
• Disputes between users, organizers, sellers, or third parties
• Technical interruptions or system failures outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform-related trademarks, branding, software, content, and designs remain the property of myevents.om or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written consent.

9. Suspension or Termination

myevents.om reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform or its services in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected unlawful or fraudulent activity
• Risks affecting platform security or operations

10. Amendments
